The challenge this week for LNS is using brads. I find myself using brads all the time on cards, especially cards I made for swaps, but this week it seemed that I wasn't using them as much. So this card I especially designed for this challenge, not something I do very often. Again, I used the Day and Night specialty paper (while I still can). I also used a new stamp set from the Occassions Mini, Vintage Vogue. There are a couple more sneak peaks too, a new punch (Sale-A-Bration), new satin ribbon, and new corduroy brads.

Happy New Year!
Hope everyone had a safe and happy new year! I am back from my mini vacation from my blog. The 12 days of Christmas must have done me in :o) Anyways, one of the many New Year's resolutions that I have is to be better at updating my blog. That being said, TC comes home mid to end January from his tour in Iraq and will be home for about 3 months before he leaves for Afghanistan, so we will see how blog updating will go. I have noticed that when he is around, I do not stamp as much as I do when he's gone.
Anyways, here is is New Years card that I made last night using the Night and Day specialty paper that retires soon. I will definitely miss it. The first one uses the transparency that is included with the paper as the base and the second uses Basic Grey (better for mass producing). Until next time!

Happy Halloween
Happy Halloween everyone! In honor of the day, today I'm going to share with you a Halloween card that I made. I usually do not make Halloween cards, but the new set, Sweet Centers, just called for a Halloween shaker card. So that's what I did. I used the Night & Day DSP, Sweet Centers, and Bead Duos.
Hope everyone has a safe and Happy Halloween!
