Welcome to Wednesday and this week's Diva Coffee Break Sketch Challenge. First, here is the sketch.
And here is my creation. I had some left-over butterflies from last week's challenge and used them for this. The colors are Pear Pizzazz, Peach Parfait, and Whisper White. The only stamping was again for the sentiment, which was from Teeny Tiny Wishes.
Thanks for stopping by and be sure to check out the homepage and add your own creation.

Sketch Frenzy Friday
Today's sketch is one that I created. It's very simple, I have trouble designing sketches, so that's how mine tend to be. So here it is.
And here is my creation. The colors are Bashful Blue, Pear Pizzaz, Blushing Bride, and Whisper White. The sentiment is from Teeny Tiny Wishes.
Tomorrow is the reveal of my project and the start of blog candy, so don't forget to stop back. Now it's time to check out the homepage to continue on with the tour and add your creation.

Butterflies, Butterflies, and more Butterflies
Look at all those butterflies! All created with the Big Shot and the Beautiful Wings Embosslit. Now what would a person need with so many butterflies? To make cards! I had to create a card that had 10 of something on it to celebrate VC Rocks 10th anniversary. Well you guessed it, I used 10 butterflies. And here is the final product. Colors are Pumpkin Pie, Rich Razzleberry, Bermuda Bay Soft Suede, and Kraft. The sentiments is from Watercolor Trio. Do you see all 10 butterflies?

Purple Mother's Day Card
Day 3 of the purple posts. This card I made for a Mother's Day swap, but it really could be used for anything else, since I didn't actually include the words Mother's Day on it. But I still thought it was appropriate for Mother's Day. The colors are Elegant Eggplant, Pale Plum, and Whisper White. The stamp is from One of a Kind. Oh, and of course it's totally CASED.

Sneak Peak
Today I'm sharing with you a card that I made for a swap and the thought process that went behind its creation. I blurf (blog surf) on a daily basis and save the samples that I like and want to CASE. I do not always save who originally created them, so if you see something that you originally created, feel free to leave a comment and a link back to your original work. I by no means mean to take credit for something that I did not create.
Anyways, the story of the following card. First, the sample that I found and planned to CASE is as follows.
Anyways, the story of the following card. First, the sample that I found and planned to CASE is as follows.
I knew that I wanted to make a standard 4.25 x 5.5 card instead of the square, I did not have the saying and planned to substitute maybe something from Define Your Life, and finally I knew that I was going to be mass producing this card for a swap and did not have enough of the DSP used (especially the butterfly one) for the 12 cards. First, I picked the DSP that I was going to use. I wanted to use the Sweet Pea paper and colors that went together. From there I picked the colors of my cardstock to be used. Finally, I went to my Defining Life stamp set to find the perfect definition. And the creating began. Here is what I finally ended up with. It does not look at all like what I originally planned and I worried that it was too busy, what do you think?
Finally, since I used brads, it qualifies for the LNS challenge too.
Thanks for looking!
