It's a sad day today. The last day of SAB. I really enjoyed the sets this year, which I wasn't anticipating when I first saw them. So my final SAB share is using Sweet Summer. I suppose you could substitute the stems from Bold Blossom too. The colors are Baja Breeze, Pear Pizzazz, and Whisper White.
Thanks for your time. Tomorrow is Sketch Frenzy Friday, so don't forget to stop by.

DCBC Shares
It's time for the DCBC sketch challenge and I have two shares for you today. But first, here is the sketch.
And as promised, here is my creation using a couple SAB sets, So Happy For You and Punch Bunch. The colors are Real Red, Basic Black, and Whisper White.
The second share I have to you uses some of the SAB DSP and a set from the Occasions Mini, Eat Chocolate. As I have previously mentioned, I'm part of this group and we have monthly challenges and/or kits. March was my month to present the kit and April will be when we present our creations. This is one of my creations. The kit that I provided, was one piece of the SAB DSP, 1 sticker sheet, Whisper White grossgrain ribbon, a piece of Pear Pizzazz cardstock, and the stamp set Eat Chocolate. The colors are Early Expresso, Pear Pizzazz, Melon Mambo, and Whisper White.
Thanks for stopping by and be sure to check out our homepage to add your own creation.

Final Days of SAB
Sorry for another short hiatus. As you may recall, my phone was stolen last week (along with some stamping supplies). Well the camera on my phone is what I use to update my blog. I hardly ever download the pictures from my real camera, so being able to email the pictures to myself from my phone has been my saving point. I finally got my replacement phone, so I have some new pictures to share with you.
Today's creation uses Bliss. The colors are Not Quite Navy, Early Expresso, Pear Pizzaz, Crumb Cake and Very Vanilla. It is pretty much a CASE.
Thanks for stopping by! Even though it's so close to a new day, I will have a new creation for you tomorrow morning. Got to share all the SAB creations before the end of the month!

Sorry and DCBC
Sorry for the little hiatus I took. I know on Sunday I promised you another stamp set of the week and I was in the middle of preparing card using Bliss. Well on Sunday, I went to meet some friends to work on these cards and then afterward went shopping with TC's kids. Someone sold my Greenhouse Gala tote bag, filled with about $300 worth of stamping supplies, and my cell phone from my car. In the Greenhouse Gala tote were my samples for this week, along with my stamp set. My back-up stamp set was going to be Nature Walk, but that was also taken. So I had to go back to square one. This week won't be featuring any particular stamp set, just random samples I've made this week. I have borrowed Nature Walk from a friend and have made quite a few cards with it, so maybe inadvertently that will be the rest of the week. And I was able to stamp set images using someone else's Bliss set.
Wow, that was long winded, now on to our regularly scheduled program. This week is a color challenge, here are the colors.
And here is my sample. It is actually a CASE of our very own Sharon Field. I had this done for a few days now, but then had to re-stamp it tonight. The stamp sets are Bliss (thanks Jolene) and Nature Walk (thanks Laurie). The sentiment is from Hodgepodge Happiness.
Thanks for stopping by and I promise more regular posts the rest of the week. Don't forget to check out the homepage to add your own creation.

Sweet Summer - Last Day
Welcome to Day 7 of my Sweet Summer shares. Today will be the last day, so I hope you enjoyed my creations and have earned your own set soon because it will no longer be available after this month. Anyways, today I have two creations, both using leftovers from previous shares. The first one uses the same focal image as Friday's share. The colors are Pacific Point, Melon Mambo, Old Olive, and Whisper White. The sentiment is from So Happy For You.
This second share uses some elements that I was planning to use on Wednesday sketch, but changed my mind. The colors are Baja Breeze, Rose Red, Pink Pirouette, Wild Wasabi, So Saffron, Certainly Celery, and Whisper White. Again the sentiment is from So Happy For You.
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you enjoyed my Sweet Summer week. Tomorrow starts another week, featuring another stamp set. What will it be? Stop by tomorrow to find out.

Sweet Summer - Day 6
Welcome to Day 6 of my Sweet Summer shares. Today's share has very little stamping, but does use Sweet Summer. The sentiment is from Hodgepodge Happiness. The colors are Old Olive, Basic Black, Tangerine Tango, Melon Mambo, and Whisper White.
Thanks for stopping by! So as we are nearing the end of Sweet Summer week, how do you feel about me featuring a stamp set a week? Or would you rather see a variety of different stamp set used? Or a combination of both? Please leave me a comment.

SFF 031811 and Sweet Summer - Day 5
Wow, it's already Friday and Day 5 of my Sweet Summer shares. First, here is the sketch.
And here is my creation using Sweet Summer. I really struggle with horizontal designs and almost always rotate them. I don't know if it's because I usually only sell vertical cards and I'm always looking for a good design that can be mass produced to sell, or what. Anyways, here is what I came up with. The colors are Pacific Point, Old Oliver, Melon Mambo, and Whisper White. The sentiment is from So Happy For You.
Thanks for stopping by and your next stop is the homepage to add your own design.

DCBC, Sneak Peak, and Sweet Summer - Day 3
Whew! What a title. But that is what I have for you today. Yes, it's Wednesday so that means it's the DCBC sketch challenge. And here is the sketch.
I have two shares for you that utilizes this sketch. The first one using Sunny Fun, a sneak peak from the new Summer mini, available May 1. The main colors are Pacific Point and Cherry Cobbler. I used many colors to color in the images. It's a little darker than I'd like, but here it is.
And because this is Sweet Summer week, of course I have a creation using the sketch and Sweet Summer. The sentiment is from So Happy For You. The colors are are the colors from the Subtles Color Family (I think that's what we're calling them now).
Thanks for stopping by and don't forget to check out the homepage to check out the other designs and add your own. Day 4 of Sweet Summer is coming tomorrow.

Sketch Frenzy Friday 03/11/11
Welcome to Friday and Sketch Frenzy! Here is today's sketch.
It's a pretty simple sketch, but I had troubles coming up with something that I liked. But once I did, I was on a roll. I created a total of three cards with this sketch. Here is the first one. I used Sweet Summer, You're A Gem, and Live, Laugh, Love. The colors are Rose Red, Baja Breeze, Very Vanilla, and Basic Black.
Thanks for stopping by and don't forget to come back tomorrow to see another card with this sketch. Your next stop is our homepage where you can add you're own creation.

DCBC Color Challenge
It's time for this week's Diva Coffee Break Challenge. This week is a color challenge, let's check them out.
And here is my creation. Now I have to admit, this was a hard job to accomplish. Not because of the colors, but because of my new stamping area. As you might know, I've been in the moving stages for about two weeks now. In addition, I'm downsizing my craft area. In my old place, I took out my dinning room table and took over the dinning room with my craft center. Well TC is coming back soon, and he insisted that we have a dinning room table to have dinners at (what a concept) so I now have to share with the dinning room table and I'm not a happy camper. I no longer have my stuff at my finger tips, not to mention things are still not unpacked. It took me like five minutes to find my paper trimmer, another for my punches...you get the point. Anyways, back to my sample, I used Sweet Summer and You're a Gem.
Thanks for stopping by and your continued patience while I unpack the rest of my stuff. Don't forget to check out the other design team's creation and add your own on out homepage.

More Birthday Shares
Well, my life is almost back to normal. Yesterday, we moved all my furniture and the majority of the other stuff that I didn't move. And by we I mean my awesome future in-laws, brother and cousins. Most of the stuff is organized too, minus my stamping stuff. That's a whole other project. That being said, I still haven't been able to get into my stamping room (and by that I mean dinning room) to create anything new. But I do still have some birthday SAS cards to show you. Here is the first one. I used Create a Cupcake and Bring on the Cake. The colors are Pretty in Pink, Early Expresso, Whisper White, and Crumb Cake.
Thanks for stopping by!

Sketch Frenzy Friday!
Sorry I've been MIA all week, I'm in the middle of moving and my house is a disaster zone right now and my stamp stuff is between the two places. Tomorrow, I'm moving my big furniture, so hopefully things calm down after that. Now, if only I could find a path to the door....
Anyways, I digress, it's Friday, so that means it's Sketch Frenzy Friday and today the sketch is created by me. And here it is.
And here is the card that I created. I used neutral colors, Crumb Cake, Chocolate Chip and Whisper White. The stamp set is Plane and Simple. It's not my favorite, but it'll do. I made it last weekend and was going to redo it, but obviously that didn't happen.
And one more picture for you, unstamp related. Last night at my monthly gathering of scrapbook friends, we were discussing uses for the Alex drawers from Ikea (a must have) and Toby must have heard us. Today, he so kindly showed me another use for them when they are empty. Have a look for yourself.
